How can a dumb little ditty like “One Day at a Time”, “Let Go and Let God”, and “It Works if you Work It!” make any difference?? This evening I was doing my typical procrastination jig and saw a cool slogan on a Cross Fit site. It went “We Do Today What Others Won’t” That was all I needed to get my lazy self outside and do my jog around the neighborhood. I can’t explain how those 6 words did kind of an EMT “paddle shock” to my brain chemistry. As I was hitting the pain threshold (going from my driveway to street) I just rewinded that explosive mantra, “WE DO TODAY WHAT OTHERS WON’T! ! !” Club Cliché is looking good.
