In this radical cornucopia (self included) of info and commentary from every know guru, sage, expert and Rasputin-like character, it can be very easy to get worked into a frothing lather over almost anything and everything… Obamacare, Big Pharma (just learned this term off an info-mercial), Gov't spending/cut-backs, Gov't shutdown, global warming, tele-evangelists, ad naseum-infinitum. Ok, lots of important input, but don't forget about taking in a healthy dose of the many success stories that are also out there! As a matter of fact, your assimilation of current issues should show more positive progress and success stories/data than the stuff that doesn't work. I'm not advocating for "sticking one's head in either the clouds or the sand…", but there are folks and groups who are taking "their 'messes' and making a herioc message" out of it. Keep an even tension in life and then tighten the tension on that which is "true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy" (Philippians 4:8,9) Can't hurt ? ? ?
