Raccoon On Top of Concrete Highway Divider

One of the classic questions in ontology (the study of being) is if you see a turtle on top of a fence post, how did it get there? In other words, supposedly a turtle either cannot or will not climb up on top of a fence post. Maybe it is the girth of the turtle's belly shell and where his/her tiny paws stick out. OK, so how does the turtle get up there? Well, the logical answer might be that someone put him there. But this wasn't the case with a contented raccoon seen this past week on top of one of those concrete divider slabs. Rory was seen washing himself by the driving public off Bryan Blvd. Because of a raccoon's pugnacious nature, ontologist can be assured that no one in their right mind put that critter up there.
