What a pleasure and delight to watch the "Building the Dream" documentary on PBS last night; noting the progression of erecting the Martin Luther King Memorial in Washington, DC. Today celebrates the 50thanniversary of King's "I Have a Dream" speech. I have yet to NOT be shaken in my conscience and heart watching the video of his speech. King's 16 minutes in front of the Lincoln Memorial altered the history of our nation and no doubt inspired tens of thousands into the cause for civil rights and justice. What a contrast between his historic act and another's recent public demonstration. Even though I have yet to review the most recent one, I would bet that it won't get many return watchers.
