We Eat What We See

We've all heard the cliche, "You are what you eat." Dr. Ramani Durvasula wrote a book called "You are why you eat." But a lot of times we just simply eat what we see. In other words, if there is only kale, hummus and baked thai soy in the fridge and we are hungry enough, that is what we will eat. We would get satisfied and pick up some amazing antioxidants as well. But if you stacked a meat-lovers pizza in the middle of this group, you wouldn't even bat an eye at the organic stuff. Many times virtuous resolution becomes a quivering coward in the face of a mouth-watering, sizzling hot, thin crust 5 cheese pizza.
