Flow: Getting Into the Wheelhouse

In 2008 a dude by the name of Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi wrote a type of psychology-clarity book titled "Flow." It was probably an outworking of the years he spent helping people correctly pronounce his name. Actually the legendary R&B singing group-The O'jays (Love Train, Back Stabbers) talked about "flow" back in 1976. On their album "Message in the Music" they wrote the song, "Let Life Flow," encouraging us to roll with the punches. In sports, this "flow world" may be refered to as "Zone," while in other venues "Sweet Spot," or "In His/Her Wheelhouse." For me, if I can avoid pulling into Krispy Kreme when the "Hot 'N Now" sign is flashing, I'm feeling pretty integrated!
