Carl Jung said that the greatest and most important problems of life are fundamentally unsolveable. They can only be outgrown. That's not a cop out. 4000 years of living together and we still can't get along. This doesn't mean give up. It means grow up. But what about this jerk I work with. He/she may become less of jerk (at least in my attitude) when I am able to grow up.
